For an order, please include your order ID (it starts with ORD-) so we can help faster. You can also check your order any time on the Track Order page.
If you have a complaint about your order, our service or anything on this website, write to our Grievance Officer, Akshay, at hello@drakkaractive.com, with the subject line “Grievance”. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
