We offer free and easy size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are limited to different sizes or colours of the same product, subject to availability.
If you wish to exchange for a different product, please initiate a return and use your store credit to place a new order. Drakkar is not liable for items lost during return transit.
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging, and we arrange a free pickup. Returns are inspected once they reach our warehouse. Upon approval, you can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit (issued via email). Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of approval. Orders can be cancelled for free until they are dispatched. Full details are on our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation page.
