How and when your Drakkar Active order reaches you.
We currently deliver across India. Enter your pincode at checkout and we will confirm that we can reach you.
Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above. For smaller orders there is a flat shipping charge of ₹79. The amount is worked out on your item total before any discount code, and it is shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being confirmed. Leggings with built-in panty are made to order for each pre-order batch, so they follow the dispatch date shown on their product page.
These are estimates. Weather, local holidays or courier delays can add time. If your order is late, contact us and we will chase it.
Once your order ships, you can follow it on the Track Order page.
For Cash on Delivery orders you pay nothing online. Your order is placed straight away and you pay the full amount, including any shipping fee, in cash (or UPI to the courier, if they accept it) when the parcel arrives. Please place a Cash on Delivery order only if you intend to accept it. Every refused parcel costs us the courier charges, so we may ask for online payment on future orders from that phone number. Please check your address and phone number before paying. To change them, contact us before your order is dispatched. If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the parcel and product. We will replace it or refund you.
