Not the right fit? Here is exactly how returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations work.
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging.
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
Exchanges are free, for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. To switch to a different product, return the item and use your store credit to order the new one.
Once your return is approved, you can choose to be refunded to your original payment method or receive store credit. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
You can cancel an order for free until it is dispatched. Contact us with your order ID and we will refund anything you paid online in full. Cash on Delivery orders have nothing to refund, as you pay only when the parcel arrives. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under the rules above.
Please place a Cash on Delivery order only if you intend to accept it. Every refused parcel costs us the courier charges, so we may ask for online payment on future orders from that phone number.
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos. We will replace the item or refund you, and we cover the pickup.
